The insert pocket features high durability and excellent cutting performance.
The tools have coolant holes for efficient edge flushing and chip evacuation. HTP LNHT 1006 ER insert features four cutting edges tangentially screw clamped positive rake face for reduced cutting forces.
The insert orientation on the tool results in excellent machined surface flatness compensates for the tool’s deviation due to side bending, reduces machining cycle time
