ISCAR has a wide range of ball nose end mills.
Solid carbide cutters are available for the smaller diameter ranges.
Standard carbide inserts with indexable cutting tools begin at 8mm (.315") and extend up to 50mm (2.0").
Considerably larger sizes are available for special, custom made orders.
FLEXFIT, a the modular system, enables assembling a ball nose end mill to any of a variety of lengths, depending upon the application. This is an ideal solution for the die and mold industry.
Also available are end mills with round inserts for large sculptured surfaces and round corners.
