  NEW ISCAR HELIDO/FEEDMILL INSERTS FOR HEAVY MILLING

ISCAR has merged three proven ideas into their new HELIDO/FEEDMILL inserts for high-feed rough milling and cavity
work in die & mold shops. The new H600 WXCU 08 inserts feature helical cutting edges for smoother entry, 17° lead angles to reduce lateral forces and SUMO TEC surface treatment for longer edge life.
Each trigon shaped insert provides six peripherally ground cutting edges and is seated securely into inclined dovetail pockets to prevent movement.
The new insert is available in extra-durable SUMO TEC grades and a broad choice of rake angles to suit a wide range of materials and applications. Cutters that accommodate them are available in
diameters from 50 to 125 mm (2 to 5").
